This week (ending 5/2/2010) has seen 3 new properties enter the online advertised North Manly market, however one of these was an Allambie listing missplaced.
No properties were reported sold this week, however one was withdrawn from market.
There was a 9% increase in advertised stock on the market taking total properties advertised to 24, 6 of these are double listings (2 agents listing the same property) and a further 2 of these are missplaced listings (A listing set by an agent to appear in a Suburbs search results which it isn't in. This brings Actual stock levels on the market to 16.
