Welcome to another week of the North Manly Real Estate Agent News.
This week (ending 5/2/2010) has seen 3 new properties enter the online advertised North Manly market, however one of these was an Allambie listing missplaced.
No properties were reported sold this week, however one was withdrawn from market.
There was a 9% increase in advertised stock on the market taking total properties advertised to 24, 6 of these are double listings (2 agents listing the same property) and a further 2 of these are missplaced listings (A listing set by an agent to appear in a Suburbs search results which it isn't in. This brings Actual stock levels on the market to 16.

North Manly this week has seen a new development complete and is now listed for sale, all 12 new listings (6 properties advertised twice due to 2 companies selling) are within this development. Over the holidays and in this first week there has been no sold or widthdrawn properties. Overall there was a 60% increase in advertisements on realestate.com.au
